Mr. Deppeler has been completing Forensic Evaluation and facilitating individual and group sex-offense-specific treatment since 1999 in Bucks and surrounding counties. He has a Master's Degree
in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University. His areas of interest include Violence Risk and Threat Assessment, sex-offender evaluation and treatment, psychopathy and working with
the mandated client. He has provided training for the Bucks County Juvenile Probation Office, the Delaware Valley Coalition of Probation and Parole, and the Bucks County C&Y. Trainings
regard intimate partner violence, anger management, and sex offender supervision and treatment.

Mr. Kraus is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience working with emerging companies in a variety of industries. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School's executive management program, OPM and received his BS in Accounting from LaSalle University. Mr. Kraus has served in executive management positions and provided strategic, operational and financial advisory services to a number of emerging growth companies in the greater Philadelphia region.

Ms. Irvin is the Director of Finance and Human Resources and has worked in many different facets of business administration over the past 25 years. She has earned many certificates in both Management
and Human Resources. She has been with ECI since 2004.

Ms. DeForest is a Licensed Professional Counselor; she has been working with the juvenile sexual offenders population since 1998. She obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from
Kutztown University and completed additional instruction at LaSalle University. Ms. DeForest began her career working with juvenile offender in foster care who received community-based counseling
services. She has facilitated group and individual counseling to both mandatory and voluntary clients. She has facilitated psychological and psychosexual assessments of children, adolescents,
and adults for the Court and Child Welfare Agencies. Ms. DeForest is trained in the use and interpretation of the ABEL Assessment for Sexual Interest and has been conducting assessment since
2005. She is a clinical member of ATSA.
Robert Yochum, A.C.S.W., L.C.S.W.

Mr. Yochum is a licensed social worker; he has been working with mandated clients in Bucks County since 1996. Mr. Yochum received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from St.
Joseph’s University; he obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University. He has worked with a variety of clientele on an inpatient and outpatient basis in various capacities.
Mr. Yochum has facilitated adult anger management, domestic violence and sex offender adult groups, provided counseling to juvenile offenders and their families, victims, and at risk youth.
Jonathan Roberds, Psy.D.

Dr. Roberds is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with degrees earned from Muhlenberg College, Immaculata College, and most recently La Salle University. At ECI, he
began his work at Mathom House within the Mirkwood outpatient/ inpatient program in 2001 on a part-time basis; he became a full-time member of the clinical team in 2005. Dr. Roberds became
the Clinical Director of Edison Court, Inc. in 2007. His work with children within multiple contexts has included psychoeducational assessment, psychological assessment, individual therapy,
group therapy, classroom psychoeducation, and program development.
