Mr. Harrison joined Mathom House in 1996 and is the Assistant Director of Residential Services. His experience involves working with adolescents and adults with challenging emotional, behavioral,
and academic issues. He is a graduate of Temple University.
Brad Cherry, Assitant Director of Residential Services

Mr. Cherry began working at Mathom House in 2005; he has held the positions of Youth Counselor and Shift Supervisor. In December of 2008, Mr. Cherry was promoted to Residential Coordinator.
His education background is in the study of Psychology and Sociology. Mr. Cherry is the Mathom House liaison to the Kids in Care program which is a one-of-a-kind mentoring dynamic that
pairs trained mentors with youth placed in residential facilities.
Kathleen Leonhardt, Administrative Assistant – Mathom House

Kathleen joined the Mathom House team in 2006 after a career in Human Resources in the private sector. She is currently the Administrative Assistant and she brings strong organization and
communication skills to the job.
Tim Flannery, Shift Supervisor

Mr. Flannery began working at Mathom House in 2000 as a Youth Counselor; he was promoted to Shift Supervisor in 2001. His educational background is in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
As a supervisor, Mr. Flannery’s responsibilities include overseeing the residential behavioral modification program and coordination of residential vocational technical training. He is certified
in CPR and First Aid.

Mr. Holden began working at Mathom House in 1999 as a Youth Counselor; he was promoted to Shift Supervisor in 2002. His educational background is in the study of Criminal Justice. As a supervisor, Mr.
Holden’s responsibilities include budgeting recreational funds for each resident, as well as, organizing and facilitating residential activities. He is certified in CPR and First Aid; in addition, Mr.
Holden is certified in the practice and instruction of passive restraint.

Mr. DelVecchio began working at Mathom House in 1998 as a Youth Counselor; he was promoted to Shift Supervisor in 2000. His educational background is in Criminal Justice. Mr. DelVecchio
has been the Case Manager at Mathom House since 2003. As Case Manager, Mr. DelVecchio’s responsibilities include the coordination of residential medical care, the scheduling and oversight
of ISP meetings, and fulfilling home visit requirements as indicated. He is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration Training.

As a supervisor, Mr. Merritt’s responsibilities include the coordination and facilitation of residential athletic and adventure activities. He is certified in CPR and First Aid; in addition,
Mr. Merritt is certified in the practice and instruction of passive restraint.

Ms. Schaer began working at Mathom House in 2003 as a Youth Counselor; she was promoted to Shift Supervisor in 2008. Her educational background is in Corrections and Human Services; she has
been involved in working with at-risk youth for more than 35 years. As a supervisor, Ms. Schaer’s responsibilities include the coordination and facilitation of residential life skills education
and development. She is certified in CPR and First Aid.

include the scheduling of residential visitations and the coordination and implementation of residential physical education. He is certified in CPR and First Aid; in addition, Mr. Forss is certified
in the practice and instruction of passive restraint.
